I would like to appreciate you and your organization for coming to our rescue at the right moment. The order we gave you was a tough ask but you delivered it with aplomb. In the hindsight, I wonder how many things could have gone wrong with this last minute requirement of ours, but you, Mr. Kanwaljeet and your entire team was standing right behind us to take care of it. Would like to specifically mention the below 2 instances when you went out of your way to deliver the promise:  

1. Mr. Kanwaljeet himself carried the first lot of T-shirts from Pune to Coimbatore just to ensure they reach in time.
2. When we had fitting issues for our MDs t-Shirt, you managed to get the right piece of the right size within 8 hours of us raising the SOS

Apart from the servicing, the design and the quality of the T-Shirts was also very well appreciated by entire Tata Motors top management. The fact that this all came at a very short delivery time, accentuates the professionalism of you guys.
